This is from the shore of Lake Michigan by the Indiana National seashore. Kayaks are often left on the beach for weeks at a time awaiting calmer water. When the wind is from the north, as it is here, it is too rough to take them out, but on calm waters days it is both relaxing as well as invigorating. This was done entirely with palette knife.
