This view of Chicago from the lake through Grant Park was done with palette knife. The blurred edges of the skyscrapers blends with the atmosphere lending a somewhat soft feel to this landscape. Several sailboats capture the breeze off the lake. The painting is gallery wrapped but is framed out by oak edging.
