This is again a step series into showing the evolution of a painting-in this case a young King Cavalier Spaniel-wrapped in a blanket in its new home. This one of a series of two, part of a commission. One for the commission and the other for sale. Will let the owner decide which of the two she enjoys the most. The underpainting was done with magenta. Has started to 'block in' some of the larger color areas. Watch how the painting will develop over the next two postings. All with brush thus far.
